Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Verification

1.1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence if higher, to create a Creator account.

1.2. Before you may upload or sell any content, you must complete mandatory identity and age verification through our third-party verification provider, Didit. Verification includes:

• submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (passport, national identity card, or driver's license);
• real-time liveness detection and biometric matching confirming that the document belongs to you and is in your possession;
• verification of your date of birth confirming you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

1.3. You may not upload, publish, or sell any content until your verification has been successfully completed. Failed or incomplete verification results in permanent denial of Creator features.

1.4. We reserve the right to require re-verification at any time, including following changes to your account details. Accounts presenting an identity mismatch are suspended pending re-verification.

1.5. Your payout account (bank account or equivalent) must be held in your own name and must match your verified identity. Payouts to third-party accounts are prohibited.

1.6. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of all information you provide. Verification records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years and may be disclosed to our payment service providers and competent authorities upon lawful request.

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Content

2.1. You may upload up to twenty (20) files per paid link. The Platform supports file-based content only; live streaming is not offered.

2.2. The following content is strictly and unconditionally prohibited, whether real, simulated, implied, animated, or AI-generated:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any depiction of a person under eighteen (18) years of age, regardless of sexual nature;
• non-consensual content of any kind, including so-called "revenge porn", hidden-camera recordings, or content depicting any person without their verified consent;
• depictions of rape, coercion, incapacitation (including through drugs or alcohol), hypnosis, or any non-consensual scenario, including fictional or role-play depictions;
• bestiality;
• extreme violence, torture, gore, or content depicting serious bodily harm;
• content promoting, facilitating, or advertising prostitution, escort services, human trafficking, or sex trafficking;
• hate speech, racial slurs, or content inciting hatred or violence against any individual or group;
• any content that is illegal under French law, the law of your country of residence, or the rules of the card networks (Visa, Mastercard) and our payment service providers.

2.3. Zero tolerance for prostitution and sex trafficking. The solicitation, promotion, or facilitation of prostitution or sex trafficking is strictly prohibited, whether on the Platform or via links to external services. Violation results in immediate account termination without payout of pending balances, and referral to competent authorities.

2.4. Content titles, descriptions, and tags must not contain terms alluding to child exploitation, non-consensual activity, or any prohibited content category. Prohibited terms are blocked at the Platform level; attempts to circumvent these blocks constitute a material breach of these Creator Terms.

3. Pre-Publication Content Review

3.1. All content is reviewed before publication. No content you upload becomes available for purchase until it has cleared the Platform's two-layer moderation process:

• Layer 1 — Automated review. Every file is analysed at upload, including visual content classification (Hive Moderation), scanning against known CSAM hash databases with automated NCMEC reporting, and synthetic-media (deepfake) detection.
• Layer 2 — Human review. Content passing or flagged by automated review is assessed by a trained Platform reviewer prior to publication.

3.2. Target review time is twenty-four (24) hours from upload. You will be notified by email when your content is approved or rejected. Rejected content includes a stated reason; you may appeal a rejection within seven (7) days by contacting support@treets.me.

3.3. Content whose participants appear potentially underage will be rejected pending your submission of satisfactory age and identity documentation for every person depicted.

3.4. We may remove published content at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that it violates these Creator Terms, applicable law, or the requirements of our payment service providers.

4. Performer Consent and Record-Keeping Obligations

4.1. You represent and warrant that, for every item of content you upload:

• you have verified the identity and age of every person depicted, and each such person was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the content was produced;
• you hold valid government-issued identification records for every person depicted and can produce them upon request;
• you have obtained and retain written consent from every person depicted, expressly covering each of the following: (i) consent to be depicted in the content; (ii) consent to the public distribution of the content and its upload to the Platform; and (iii) consent to the content being downloaded by purchasers.

4.2. You must retain the records described in Section 4.1 for as long as the content remains available on the Platform and for a minimum of seven (7) years thereafter.

4.3. We may require you to produce any of the records described in this Section 4 at any time, including upon a complaint, a request from our banking or card-scheme partners, a lawful request from authorities, or a moderation concern. Upon such a request, the content concerned is immediately suspended. Failure to produce the requested records within seven (7) days results in permanent removal of the relevant content and may result in account suspension or termination.

4.4. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliance. You acknowledge that you are the primary producer of the content you upload within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and that you are solely responsible for creating and maintaining the age-verification records required by those provisions. The Platform acts solely in the capacity described in its Section 2257 Statement.

4.5. Publication attestation. During onboarding, you sign an explicit attestation acknowledging that each publication you make on the Platform constitutes your confirmation that every person depicted in the published content is a verified adult who has given the written consents described in Section 4.1. Each publication is individually logged by the Platform (creator, content, timestamp, and the version of these Terms in force), and each such log record is tied to your onboarding attestation.

5. Intellectual Property and Licences

5.1. You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you create and upload.

5.2. You represent and warrant that you own all rights in the content you upload, or hold express written authorization from the rights holder to distribute and commercialise it.

5.3. By uploading content, you grant InSugarWeTrust a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, and deliver the content to authorised purchasers, and to process it through our moderation systems, for the duration necessary to operate the Platform.

5.4. By selling content, you grant each purchaser a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for strictly personal use of the purchased content. Purchasers may not redistribute, resell, or publicly display purchased content.

5.5. Content permanence. Once content has been purchased, it cannot be deleted from the purchaser's access, even if you close your account. Only upload content you accept being permanently accessible to its purchasers.

6. Payments, Commission, and Payouts

6.1. Card payments on the Platform are processed through our adult-content payment setup, with InSugarWeTrust SARL acting as the merchant of record: buyers purchase from the Platform a licence to access content, and transactions are processed via our acquiring bank and payment gateway partners.

6.2. You freely set the price of your content within the limits configured by the Platform.

6.3. A total commission of twenty percent (20%) applies to each transaction: ten percent (10%) deducted from the Creator's proceeds and ten percent (10%) added on the Buyer's side. You receive eighty percent (80%) of the price you set, less any applicable processing fees.

6.4. Payouts are made exclusively to your verified payout account, on the schedule and terms applied by our payment service provider. We may withhold, delay, or freeze payouts where required by law, by our payment service providers, or in case of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or investigation.

6.5. You are solely responsible for all tax and social-security obligations arising from your earnings on the Platform, in your country of residence and any other applicable jurisdiction.

7. Creator Obligations

You undertake to:

• publish only content that complies with these Creator Terms and all applicable laws;
• maintain the verification, consent, and record-keeping obligations described in Section 4;
• refrain from disclosing, selling, or misusing any personal data of other users;
• refrain from any manipulation or abuse of the payment, payout, or refund systems;
• refrain from any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terrorist-financing activity;
• keep your account information accurate and up to date;
• comply with all marketing restrictions set out in Section 2.4 when promoting your content on or off the Platform.

8. Sanctions, Suspension, and Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, remove content, freeze pending payouts, and notify competent authorities, without prior notice, in case of:

• breach of these Creator Terms;
• upload of prohibited content;
• failure to produce requested verification or consent records;
• suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• requirements imposed by our payment service providers or card networks.

8.2. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you before permanent account termination, except where immediate action is required (illegal content, court order, serious fraud, or card-network requirement).

8.3. Detected CSAM is reported to the relevant authorities and child-protection organisations (including NCMEC and INHOPE where applicable) without delay, and the associated account is permanently terminated.

9. Account Deletion and Content Retention

9.1. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@treets.me.

9.2. Unpurchased content is permanently deleted within thirty (30) days of account deletion.

9.3. Purchased content is retained to honour the perpetual licence granted to purchasers (legal basis: performance of contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and compliance with legal obligations).

9.4. Verification and consent-related records are retained for the periods stated in Sections 1.6 and 4.2. Transaction and financial records are retained for ten (10) years in accordance with French accounting and tax law.

9.5. If you have specific legal grounds requiring deletion of purchased content (content posted without your consent, harassment, safety concerns), you may submit a substantiated request to support@treets.me, which receives an automated acknowledgment within 24 hours and is reviewed and decided within seven (7) days; the content concerned is suspended immediately where the request is credible on its face.

10. Data Protection

10.1. The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Identity verification data is processed by Didit; uploaded content is processed by Hive Moderation for moderation purposes; payment data is processed by our payment service providers.

10.2. Where you collect or use personal data of Buyers outside the Platform, you may act as an independent data controller and are solely responsible for your own GDPR compliance, including maintaining a lawful basis and honouring data-subject rights.

10.3. You agree to cooperate with us in responding to lawful data-subject requests and requests from competent authorities.

11. Liability

11.1. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for the accuracy of the representations and warranties you give under these Creator Terms.

11.2. You will indemnify and hold harmless InSugarWeTrust against any claim, loss, fine, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your breach of these Creator Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

11.3. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to direct damages and may not exceed the total commissions we received from your sales during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or the acts of third-party service providers.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Creator Terms are governed by French law. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution of any dispute; failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules where applicable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Creator Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or by prominent notice on the Platform at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

1.1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, to purchase or access content on the Platform.

1.2. By completing a purchase, you certify that: (i) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Buyer Terms; (iii) you are accessing the Platform freely, voluntarily, and for your own personal use; and (iv) the payment method used belongs to you.

1.3. Adult content on the Platform is accessible exclusively after completion of a paid card transaction. Your age declaration is recorded with a timestamp at the point of purchase. Providing a false age declaration is a material breach of these Buyer Terms and results in a permanent ban.

1.4. Attempting to circumvent age restrictions or access controls is strictly prohibited and may be reported to competent authorities.

2. Access to Content

2.1. You access purchased content only after full payment via our payment service provider.

2.2. Upon payment, the content becomes viewable and downloadable via the unique link provided.

2.3. Your access to purchased content is perpetual: you retain lifetime access to the content you have purchased, including after the creator deletes their account. You may download and store the content for strictly personal use.

2.4. Each purchase link is strictly personal. Public distribution, resale, sharing, or publication of purchased content or access links is prohibited.

2.5. While downloaded content remains yours for personal use in perpetuity, we cannot guarantee perpetual availability of online viewing if the Platform's service is discontinued.

3. Price and Payment

3.1. The price of each item of content is set by its creator. A platform fee of ten percent (10%) is added to the displayed price and shown to you before you confirm your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

3.2. Card payments for adult content are processed securely through our payment partners, with InSugarWeTrust SARL acting as merchant of record. The descriptor appearing on your card statement will identify the transaction accordingly.

3.3. You will receive an email confirmation of every purchase, stating the amount, a description of the purchase, and our support contact details.

3.4. We reserve the right to change our fees and billing methods at any time; changes apply only to purchases made after they take effect.

4. Refund Policy — All Sales Final

4.1. All purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy is disclosed at checkout and you accept it by completing your purchase.

4.2. We reserve the right to address refund requests in our sole discretion. A refund may be granted, exceptionally and without any obligation on our part, in cases such as:

• verified fraudulent use of your payment card (i.e. the transaction was not authorised by the cardholder);
• a technical failure on our side that prevented delivery of the purchased content;
• content determined by us to be illegal or in serious violation of our policies.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@treets.me with all supporting evidence. Requests receive an automated acknowledgment within 24 hours and are reviewed and decided within seven (7) days.

4.3. Chargebacks. You agree to contact us to seek resolution of any payment issue before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. No refund will be provided where you have initiated a chargeback. If a purchase results in a chargeback, we may permanently terminate your access to the Platform and your payment details may be added to our payment provider's negative database.

4.4. For disputes concerning content quality or your expectations, we encourage direct communication with the creator. The Platform does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness of creator content, and content previews (where provided) are supplied by creators.

5. Lawful Use and Prohibitions

You undertake to:

• use purchased content for strictly personal, non-commercial purposes;
• refrain from redistributing, reselling, publishing, or publicly displaying purchased content;
• refrain from attempting to breach the Platform's security systems, watermarking, or access controls;
• refrain from impersonating any person to make payments or access content;
• refrain from using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Any breach may result in permanent access blocking, forfeiture of access to purchased content, reporting to competent authorities, and legal proceedings.

6. Reporting Content

6.1. If you believe any content on the Platform is illegal, non-consensual, involves a minor, or otherwise violates our policies, report it immediately via the in-platform reporting tool (three-dot menu on the content) or by email to support@treets.me.

6.2. Reports are processed in accordance with our Complaints & Content Removal Policy. Reports concerning suspected CSAM or non-consensual content are treated with the highest priority.

7. Personal Data

7.1. Your payment data is processed by our payment service providers in accordance with their own privacy policies. Your email address and transaction history are processed by InSugarWeTrust for operational, security, and legal purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.2. The creator whose content you purchase may have access to your email address for transaction-related purposes only.

7.3. Transaction records are retained for ten (10) years in accordance with French accounting and tax law.

7.4. You benefit from the rights provided by the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure subject to legal limits, portability, objection). To exercise them, contact support@treets.me.

8. Liability

8.1. The Platform acts as a technical intermediary between creators and Buyers. Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish and sell.

8.2. We are not liable for: content published by creators; indirect damages; service interruptions beyond our reasonable control; or the acts of third-party service providers.

8.3. Nothing in these Buyer Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law, including French consumer law where it applies.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Buyer Terms are governed by French law. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution of any dispute; failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Buyer Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
