This page describes the compliance framework and payment infrastructure of Treets.me, operated by InSugarWeTrust SARL (SIREN 942 171 851, 122 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, France). It is intended for users, partners, payment service providers, and regulators.
1. Operating Entity
| Legal entity | InSugarWeTrust SARL |
| Registration | SIREN 942 171 851 (RCS Paris) |
| Registered office | 122 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, France |
| Platform | Treets.me — pay-per-view content marketplace |

2. Business Model
Treets.me is a pay-per-view (PPV) content marketplace. Creators sell individual pieces of digital content (up to 20 files per link) at prices they set. There are no subscriptions, no recurring billing, and no live streaming. Each transaction is a discrete, one-time purchase.
A total commission of 20% applies per transaction (10% deducted from the creator's proceeds, 10% added on the buyer's side, displayed before purchase).
3. Payment Processing
| Transaction type | Provider | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Adult content (card payments) | EU acquiring bank + payment gateway | InSugarWeTrust SARL as merchant of record; PCI-DSS compliant processing partners |
Card data is collected and processed exclusively by our payment service providers within their PCI-DSS-certified environments. InSugarWeTrust never stores full card numbers.
3-D Secure (3DS2) authentication is applied to eligible transactions. Billing descriptors clearly identify the transaction to reduce friendly fraud. Every purchase generates an email receipt including support contact details.
4. Compliance Framework
4.1 Creator verification (KYC)
All creators complete mandatory identity and age verification through Didit (government-issued ID, liveness detection, biometric matching) before any content can be uploaded or sold. Payout accounts must match the verified identity. Records are retained for a minimum of 7 years.
4.2 Content moderation
All content undergoes mandatory pre-publication review: automated analysis — including visual content classification (Hive Moderation) and CSAM hash-matching against industry databases with automated reporting to NCMEC — followed by human review. No content is publicly available before clearing both layers. See our Adult Content Policy.
4.3 Illegal content reporting
Zero tolerance for CSAM and exploitation. Detected CSAM is reported without delay to NCMEC and competent authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement.
4.4 Complaints and removal
Complaints are accepted from any person via in-platform reporting or support@treets.me, with automated acknowledgment within 24 hours and a decision within a maximum of seven (7) days (immediately for illegal content). Persons depicted in content may request removal at any time. Monthly transparency reports (or Nil Reports) are produced and shared with our acquiring and payment partners upon request. See our Complaints & Content Removal Policy.
4.5 Age verification of consumers
Adult content is accessible exclusively behind a completed card transaction, combined with an affirmative, timestamped 18+ declaration at checkout. See our Consumer Age Verification Policy.
4.6 Section 2257
Creators act as primary producers and maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257. See our Section 2257 Statement.
4.7 Fraud and chargeback management
Platform-level controls (velocity monitoring, device fingerprinting, disposable-email blocking, transaction limits) operate alongside our payment providers' fraud screening and 3DS2. Chargeback rates are monitored weekly against card-network thresholds, with documented response and representment procedures.
4.8 Anti-money-laundering
Payouts are made exclusively to KYC-verified accounts. Unusual patterns are flagged and reviewed. Financial records are retained for 10 years in accordance with French LCB-FT and accounting obligations.
4.9 Data protection
Processing of personal data complies with the GDPR and French law, as described in our Privacy Policy. Supervisory authority: CNIL.
5. Third-Party Compliance Providers
| Function | Provider |
|---|---|
| Identity & age verification (KYC) | Didit |
| AI content moderation (visual classification) | Hive Moderation |
| CSAM detection & reporting | Automated hash-matching with NCMEC reporting (Cloudflare CSAM Scanning) |
