Adult Content Policy

1. Age Restriction

Treets.me is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly permit minors to access, upload, or purchase content.

Adult content will only be enabled once a dedicated high-risk PSP is integrated. Until then, the platform enforces current PSP (Stripe) limitations; adult content is not accepted. The platform is designed for future adult compliance, including mandatory age verification for creators before selling adult content.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited at all times:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or depictions of minors in sexual situations

• Non-consensual content (including revenge porn or hidden cameras)

• Incest, bestiality, extreme violence, torture, or illegal content

• Content promoting hate, terrorism, or illegal activities

Adult content may only be uploaded once a dedicated high-risk PSP integration is active. Until then, all content must comply with applicable law and current PSP (Stripe) restrictions.

3. Creator Verification

Before creators can sell content on Treets.me, they must complete mandatory verification.

Government-issued ID verification is required. Creators must submit valid identity documentation through our verification provider.

Age verification is mandatory: all creators must confirm they are at least 18 years of age.

Payout accounts must belong to the verified creator. Payout details (bank account or equivalent) must match the identity of the verified account holder.

Treets.me reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify identity, age, or entitlement to receive payouts. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension of payouts or account termination.

4. Consent and Intellectual Property

Creators must have full legal rights to all content they upload and must obtain explicit, documented consent from all identifiable participants.

Uploading content featuring individuals without their knowledge or consent is strictly prohibited.

Treets.me reserves the right to request proof of consent and age for all participants in uploaded content.

5. Illegal Content Reporting

Treets.me maintains a zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content depicting or promoting abuse of minors.

Prohibited content will be removed immediately upon detection or notification. We do not permit illegal content to remain on the platform.

Where required by law or policy, Treets.me will report detected CSAM and other illegal content to the appropriate authorities and to relevant safety organizations (including, where applicable, organizations such as NCMEC and INHOPE). We cooperate fully with law enforcement in such cases.

6. Moderation and Reporting

Treets proactively enforces this policy through a combination of automated detection, user reporting, and manual review. Content is monitored and assessed to ensure compliance with these rules and applicable law.

Users can report any content they believe violates this policy using the platform's reporting tools. All reports are investigated promptly (generally within 24 to 48 hours). Content that violates this policy will be removed and accounts may be suspended or terminated as appropriate.

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to CSAM and other illegal content, and cooperate fully with law enforcement and relevant safety organizations as required by law or policy.

7. Notice to Buyers

Buyers must be at least 18 years old to access or purchase adult content.

Attempting to circumvent age restrictions or access controls is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent banning and reporting to authorities.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All adult content must comply with French law and the laws of the country where you reside.

Creators are responsible for ensuring their content is legal in all jurisdictions where it may be accessed.
