18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

1. Platform Status

Treets.me (the "Platform") is operated by InSugarWeTrust SARL, 122 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, France.

The Platform is a content marketplace on which independent third-party creators upload and sell content they have produced. InSugarWeTrust SARL is not the producer — primary or secondary — of any of the visual content appearing on the Platform within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c). The Platform's activities are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and provision of access to content provided by third-party creators, consistent with the exemptions set out in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v).

2. Producer Record-Keeping Obligations

All content appearing on the Platform is produced by the independent creators who upload it. Each creator, as the producer of their content, is contractually required under our Creator Terms of Service to:

• verify that every person depicted in their content was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production;
• create and maintain the individually identifiable records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for every person depicted;
• retain documented written consent from every depicted person covering depiction, public distribution, and download;
• produce such records to the Platform upon request within seven (7) days, the content concerned being suspended immediately upon the request.

3. Platform Safeguards

Independently of the producers' statutory obligations, the Platform enforces the following safeguards:

• mandatory identity and age verification of every creator (government-issued ID, liveness detection) through our verification provider, Didit, before any content may be uploaded or sold;
• mandatory pre-publication review of all content, combining automated moderation (visual classification via Hive Moderation, and CSAM hash-matching against industry databases with automated NCMEC reporting) and human review;
• immediate removal and reporting to NCMEC and competent authorities of any suspected child sexual abuse material;
• immediate suspension, and removal within seven (7) days, of any content for which a creator fails to produce requested age or consent records.
