Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") sets out what may and may not be published, sold, purchased, or done on Treets.me (the "Platform"), operated by InSugarWeTrust SARL (SIREN 942 171 851, 122 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, France). It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies together with our Adult Content Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to every user of the Platform — creators and buyers alike — and to all content, titles, descriptions, previews, and links published on or through the Platform, as well as to the promotion of Platform content outside the Platform. By using the Platform, you accept this Policy.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited at all times, whether real, simulated, implied, animated, or AI-generated:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any depiction of a minor (a person under eighteen (18) years of age, or presented as such), regardless of its sexual nature — zero tolerance, immediate reporting to authorities;
  • non-consensual content, including "revenge porn", hidden-camera or voyeuristic recordings, any depiction of a person without their documented consent, and deepfakes or any other synthetic or manipulated depiction of a real, identifiable person;
  • depictions of rape, coercion, incapacitation (including through drugs or alcohol), or hypnosis, including fictional or role-play scenarios;
  • incest, including fictional or role-play scenarios;
  • bestiality;
  • extreme violence, torture, or gore, or content depicting serious bodily harm;
  • content offering, promoting, or facilitating prostitution or escort services;
  • hate speech or content inciting hatred, violence, or discrimination against any person or group;
  • any content that is illegal under French law or the law of the creator's country of residence, or that violates the rules of the card networks (Visa, Mastercard) or of our payment service providers.

Human trafficking, exploitation, and abuse are covered by Section 3.

3. Human Trafficking, Exploitation, and Abuse

Treets.me has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, exploitation, and abuse. It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform — or any account, content, payment, or payout on it — to recruit, advertise, sell, coerce, control, or exploit any person, or otherwise to facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labour, sexual exploitation, or abuse, whether on or off the Platform. Content produced under coercion, threat, deception, or the control of a third party is prohibited, even where the person depicted appears to consent.

The following controls apply to every account:

  • Mandatory KYC — one verified adult per account. Every creator completes identity and age verification through Didit (government-issued ID, liveness detection, biometric matching) before uploading or selling any content. Each account belongs to a single verified adult and may not be transferred, shared, or opened on behalf of another person.
  • Consent records for every depicted person. Creators must verify the identity and age of every person depicted, obtain and retain their written consent to being depicted, to publication, and to download by purchasers, and produce these records within seven (7) days of our request (see our Creator Terms and Section 2257 Statement).
  • Pre-publication review. No content is published before it has passed automated analysis and human review (see our Adult Content Policy). Content showing indicators of coercion, exploitation, or trafficking is rejected and escalated.
  • Payouts only to the verified account holder. Earnings are paid exclusively to a payout account held in the creator's own verified name. Payouts to third parties are prohibited.
  • Behavioural monitoring. We monitor for patterns indicative of exploitation, such as several creator accounts sharing a payout account or device, or accounts created in rapid succession from a single source.
  • Reporting and cooperation with law enforcement. Suspected trafficking or exploitation leads to the immediate suspension of the accounts concerned, the withholding of payouts, and a report to the competent law-enforcement authorities, with whom we cooperate fully, including by preserving and producing records upon lawful request.

If you believe a person is being trafficked, coerced, or exploited through the Platform, report it immediately (see Section 7). If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • commit or attempt fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, chargeback abuse, or manipulation of the payment, payout, or refund systems;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent age verification, identity verification (KYC), or any other access control, including by providing false information or using another person's identity, documents, or face;
  • evade a ban or suspension, including by creating or using another account;
  • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent their identity, age, or affiliation;
  • redistribute, resell, share, or publicly display purchased content or access links, which are licensed for strictly personal use;
  • use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful purpose, or interfere with its security, watermarking, or moderation systems.

5. Marketing Restrictions

Titles, descriptions, tags, previews, thumbnails, and any promotion of Platform content — on or off the Platform — must not state, suggest, or allude to:

  • minors, or any term, imagery, or context suggesting that a person depicted is under eighteen (18);
  • non-consensual activity, coercion, incapacitation, or hypnosis;
  • any other prohibited category listed in Sections 2 and 3.

Prohibited terms are blocked at the Platform level. Any attempt to circumvent these blocks (misspellings, coded language, symbols) is a breach of this Policy.

6. Enforcement

Depending on the severity of the breach, we may, without prior notice where the law or the circumstances require it:

  • remove the content concerned, or suspend it pending investigation;
  • suspend or permanently terminate the account, and refuse any new account to the same person;
  • withhold payouts while an investigation is ongoing and, where the breach involves prohibited content or illegal activity, refuse their payment to the extent permitted by law;
  • block a buyer's access to the Platform and to purchased content;
  • report the matter to NCMEC (for any suspected child sexual abuse material), to the competent law-enforcement and judicial authorities, and, where required, to our payment service providers and the card networks.

CSAM and trafficking-related violations always result in permanent termination and a report to the authorities.

7. Reporting

Anyone — buyer, depicted person, or third party — can report content or conduct that breaches this Policy:

  • in the Platform, with the Report button on the content page, or in the menu of purchased content;
  • by email to support@treets.me.

Reports are handled under our Complaints & Content Removal Policy: automated acknowledgment within twenty-four (24) hours, human review, and a decision within seven (7) days at the latest — immediately for CSAM and other illegal content. Content subject to a credible report is taken down pending review.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes are notified by email or by prominent notice on the Platform.
