Adult Content Policy

1. Age Restriction

Treets.me is strictly for users aged 18 and over.

Currently, adult content is not supported on Treets.me with Stripe Identity.

Once a high-risk PSP integration is in place, creators will be required to complete age verification before selling adult content.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or depictions of minors in sexual situations

• Non-consensual content (including revenge porn or hidden cameras)

• Incest, bestiality, extreme violence, torture, or illegal content

• Content promoting hate, terrorism, or illegal activities

Currently, adult content is not accepted via Stripe. Adult content may only be uploaded once approved PSP integration is active.

3. Consent and Intellectual Property

Creators must have full legal rights to all content they upload and must obtain explicit, documented consent from all identifiable participants.

Uploading content featuring individuals without their knowledge or consent is strictly prohibited.

Treets.me reserves the right to request proof of consent and age for all participants in uploaded content.

4. Moderation and Reporting

Treets.me operates a reactive moderation policy: all content is subject to review following user reports.

Users can report any content they believe violates this policy using the platform’s reporting tools.

We investigate all reports promptly (generally within 72 hours) and will remove content and suspend accounts as necessary.

5. Notice to Buyers

Buyers must be at least 18 years old to access or purchase adult content.

Attempting to circumvent age restrictions or access controls is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent banning and reporting to authorities.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

All adult content must comply with French law and the laws of the country where you reside.

Creators are responsible for ensuring their content is legal in all jurisdictions where it may be accessed.
