Adult Content Policy

1. Age Restriction

The Platform is strictly reserved for persons aged eighteen (18) and over. We do not knowingly permit minors to access, upload, or purchase content.

• Creators must complete mandatory identity and age verification through Didit (government ID, liveness detection, biometric matching) before uploading or selling any content.
• Buyers access adult content exclusively after completing a paid card transaction and affirmatively declaring that they are 18 or over. See our Consumer Age Verification Policy.
• Any person depicted in content must have been at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production, evidenced by records the creator is required to maintain.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited at all times, whether real, simulated, implied, animated, or AI-generated:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualised depiction of a person under 18 — zero tolerance, immediate reporting to authorities;
• Non-consensual content, including "revenge porn", hidden-camera recordings, or any depiction of a person without their documented consent;
• depictions of rape, coercion, incapacitation, or hypnosis, including fictional or role-play scenarios;
• bestiality;
• extreme violence, torture, or gore;
• content promoting or facilitating prostitution, escort services, human trafficking, or sex trafficking;
• hate speech or content inciting violence or discrimination;
• any content illegal under French law, the law of the creator's country of residence, or the rules of the card networks and our payment service providers.

Marketing terms, titles, tags, and descriptions alluding to any prohibited category are blocked at the Platform level.

3. Pre-Publication Moderation

No content is published before it has been reviewed. Every file uploaded to the Platform passes through a two-layer moderation process before becoming available for purchase:

Layer 1 — Automated review

Every image and video is analysed at upload, including:

• CSAM detection: automated hash-matching against industry databases of known CSAM, with automated reporting to NCMEC;
• visual content classification (via Hive Moderation) across prohibited categories (non-consensual indicators, violence, gore);
• synthetic media (deepfake) detection.

Content is processed as follows based on classification confidence:

Layer 2 — Human review

All content is reviewed by a trained Platform reviewer before publication. Reviewers assess content against this policy, applicable law, and card-network standards, and may approve, reject, or escalate. Review decisions are logged. Target review time is 24 hours.

Content whose participants appear potentially underage is rejected pending verified age documentation for every person depicted.

4. Creator Verification and Performer Consent

Before selling content, every creator must:

• complete Didit identity and age verification (government-issued ID, liveness check);
• hold a payout account in their own verified name;
• contractually commit, under our Creator Terms, to verify the identity and age of every person depicted in their content, and to obtain and retain written consent from each depicted person covering (i) depiction, (ii) public distribution and upload, and (iii) download by purchasers.

The Platform may require production of these records at any time (upon a complaint, a bank or card scheme audit, a lawful request, or a moderation concern). Upon such a request, the content concerned is immediately suspended; the creator must produce the records within seven (7) days, failing which the content is permanently removed and the account may be terminated.

5. Anti-Trafficking and Exploitation Controls

• Use of the Platform to promote or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, physical abuse, or prostitution is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination and referral to authorities.
• Mandatory creator KYC constitutes a structural barrier against the exploitation of trafficking victims through the Platform.
• We monitor for behavioural patterns indicative of exploitation (e.g. multiple creator accounts sharing a payout account or device, rapid account creation from a single source).

6. Illegal Content Reporting

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for CSAM and any content depicting or promoting abuse of minors.

• Prohibited content is removed immediately upon detection or notification.
• Detected CSAM is reported without delay to the relevant authorities and child-protection organisations, including NCMEC and, where applicable, INHOPE members, through our moderation provider's integrated reporting workflow.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement, including responding to lawful requests for information.

7. Reporting and Complaints

Anyone — buyers, depicted persons, or third parties — can report content via the in-platform reporting tool or by email to support@treets.me. Reports are processed under our Complaints & Content Removal Policy, with automated acknowledgment within 24 hours and resolution timeframes ranging from immediate (CSAM) to a maximum of seven (7) days.

Persons depicted in content may request its removal at any time; the content is suspended upon receipt of the request, and permanently removed where valid consent cannot be evidenced by the creator within seven (7) days. No justification is required from the depicted person.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All adult content must comply with French law and the laws of the creator's country of residence. Creators are responsible for ensuring their content is lawful in the jurisdictions where it may be accessed.
